Vaccinations & Immunisation
For Adults & Children
National Children Immunisation Schedule (NCIS)
Vaccination remains one of the most effective ways to prevent illness and protect communities. For children, our immunisation programme follows Singapore’s National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS), which covers essential vaccines such as MMR, polio, Hib, pneumococcal, and annual influenza for children up to 17 years old . Parents can also benefit from full subsidies under this schedule at approved clinics. Maintaining this vaccine schedule helps safeguard children from serious infections and supports community health.
National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS)
Adults are also encouraged to stay updated via the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS), which recommends vaccines like influenza annually and pneumococcal vaccines (PCV13 and PPSV23), along with tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis, HPV, hepatitis B, MMR, and varicella as needed.
Travel Vaccinations
Our clinic provides both routine and destination-specific travel vaccinations, including Hepatitis A and B, typhoid, tetanus, influenza, chickenpox, Japanese encephalitis, rabies, and more. We are also a Yellow Fever–certified vaccination centre and can issue the International Certificate of Vaccination required for travel to certain countries in Africa and South America.
Our travel health service includes:
- Personalised vaccination planning
- Official vaccination records or yellow book certification
- Advice on mosquito-borne diseases, food and water safety, altitude precautions, and travel medications if needed
Mandatory Measles Immunity for Migrant Domestic Workers
As mandated by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), from 1 September 2025, Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) working in households with children below 7 years old who are not vaccinated against measles, must have immunity against measles.
If you have a child under 7 who is not fully vaccinated against Measles, your migrant domestic worker will need to be vaccinated before her work pass can be issued or renewed.
To be fully vaccinated, two doses of the MMR vaccine are required, at an interval of at least four weeks (28 days) between doses.
Conveniently located in City Square Mall, Little Haven Family Clinic offers both the MMR jab and the paperwork you’ll need to submit to MOM.
