National Children Immunisation Schedule (NCIS)​

Vaccination remains one of the most effective ways to prevent illness and protect communities. For children, our immunisation programme follows Singapore’s National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS), which covers essential vaccines such as MMR, polio, Hib, pneumococcal, and annual influenza for children up to 17 years old . Parents can also benefit from full subsidies under this schedule at our clinic. Maintaining this vaccine schedule helps safeguard children from serious infections and supports community health.

As mandated by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), from 1 September 2025, Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) working in households with children below 7 years old who are not vaccinated against measles, must have immunity against measles. If you have a child under 7 who is not fully vaccinated against Measles, your migrant domestic worker will need to be vaccinated before her work pass can be issued or renewed. To be fully vaccinated, two doses of the MMR vaccine are required, at an interval of at least four weeks (28 days) between doses.
